Electrostatic separators for plastic-plastic separation EKS series

Electrostatically operating separators hamos EKS separate material mixtures, ideally consisting of two different types of plastics and produce a clean plastic fraction for each A and B.

Thereby the differences in the triboelectric charging behaviour of the individual non-conductors are used for the separation.

Electrostatically operating separators hamos EKS are used for example for sorting of production waste at plastics processors, the recycling of technical devices, or for the separation of unwanted non-conductor pollution in plastics.

The material separation takes place absolutely dry. Auxiliary separation liquids or conditioners are not necessary.

We supply triboelectric separators hamos EKS for different throughputs and separation tasks in single or double-stage execution as complete units also for high throughput amounts. All production devices are supplied as a standard with integrated material handling and automatic control.

By external material containers/silos with automatic material supply into the device and bigbag filling stations for the finished products we can offer a turn-key complete solution. On request we supply built special designs also non-standard according to your demands.
