Serie IDT

Elektronischer Allmetall-Detektor

Induktive Metall-Suchspulen (Durchlass-Sensoren) der Serie IDT dienen zur wirtschaftlichen Erkennung von Metallteilen in nichtleitenden Produkten wie z.B. Kunststoffgranulaten o.ä. Sie sprechen auf alle Metalle, also auch auf Buntmetalle, an. Sie reagieren auch auf sehr schnell bewegte Metallteile und erfassen aufgrund ihrer hohen Empfindlichkeit auch kleine metallische Teilchen. (Bei elektrisch leitenden oder feuchten Produkten empfehlen wir unsere Metallsuchspulen der Serie IFS-T oder IFS-H).

Lieferbare Ausführungen:

Alle induktiven Metall-Suchspulen sind in robuste Gussgehäuse eingebaut, sodass die sichere Funktion nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Alle Sensoren IDT werden mit Netzgerät im separaten Gehäuse geliefert. Die Sensoren sind auf Wunsch mit Metall-Einlauftrichter und auswechselbarer Kunststoffmanschette zum Verschleißschutz lieferbar.

Sollen die Metallteile nach der Erkennung vollautomatisch entfernt werden, bieten wir dazu unsere elektronischen Metall-Ausscheider als Komplettgeräte an.
